BACKGROUND

Dr Halim qualified from the universities of Exeter and Plymouth in 2007. He completed his MSc in Gastroenterology from Queen Mary’s, University of London and was awarded a distinction for his final dissertation. 

Dr Halim completed his specialist training across Sussex and South London. He has trained under world renowned experts in the field of endoscopy.

Dr Halim is a JAG-accredited endoscopist and regularly performs diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies of the upper GI (gastroscopy) and lower GI (colonoscopy) tract.

Dr Halim is a recipient of ‘The Alistair Mcintyre Prize’ (British Society of Gastroenterology) and currently holds ‘SCOPE’ certification (World Obesity Federation).
